We specialize in the design and creation of fine filigree jewelry. We started as a family-owned business back in 1975. We have always recognized the importance of value and care in our craftsmanship. 2. Do I have to purchase your products online? Can I visit your establishment instead? No. You do not have to purchase our products online. In fact, we encourage you to pass by our establishment to see, touch, and feel our beautiful products in your own hands.
3. Do I have to pay a sales tax? It depends on your province/territory if you're purchasing within Canada. Please see table below. Bijouterie Pearlita is based in the province of Quebec. Customers from Quebec will be charged both the GST (5.0%) and the QST (7.5%). These taxes are charged cumulatively. In other words, customers from Quebec will pay a cumulative sales tax of 12.875%. Customers who purchase from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and New Foundland and Labrador will be charged the HST (13.0%). Customers purchasing from the USA are not subject to any sales tax.
4. How do I pay for my online purchase? Purchases made on PUZZLERING.ca are transferred to a third-party shopping cart provider. Here's how it works... You browse products in our Shop section and add them to a shopping cart provided by PayPal. The checkout process is also completed through PayPal. You shop on our site and make your payment on pages securely hosted by PayPal. You can pay using your own PayPal account or by credit card. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and BANK.
5. Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my purchase? A PayPal account is not necessary to make a purchase. You can pay using most major credit cards without even opening a PayPal account (free). The PayPal page will be displayed as part of the checkout process, and depending on whether you have used PayPal before on the same computer, a different screen will be shown to you. You will have the option to open an account or just pay for your purchase using your credit card.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be issued. 8. Do you ship to PO Boxes? No. You must provide a valid mailing address within Canada or the USA. We will make no exceptions.
